Management and commercialisation of patent portfolio
providing professional advice and services on issues concerning management and commercialisation of patent portfolio covering—
-non-contentious matters including commercial matters (e.g. drafting and negotiation for licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements)
contentious matters including patent validity, infringement and revocation proceedings
Qualification Requirements
seasoned patent practitioners having dual knowledge/expertise in technology and law
at least a bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering or a mathematics-based (STEM) subject
professional qualification/recognition of patent practice conferred by patent authorities/regulatory bodies
at least 6 years of post-qualification working experience in any area under the aforesaid description of tasks
proficient in Chinese or English (verbal and written).
